Estaca Bacanora is born from a revival of age-old Sonoran tradition. Crafted with 100% Agave Pacifica (yaquiana) harvested from rugged desert slopes, the hearts are slowly roasted in underground pits lined with mesquite before being crushed, fermented, and double-distilled—each step handled in small batches to preserve nuance and terroir.
The brand was founded by Emmanuel Kemiji (Co-Founder, CEO, and Master Sommelier) and Keith Lauck (Co-Founder, COO) — two wine and spirits veterans who joined forces to assert Bacanora’s place in the high-end agave world.
