Comisario

The Spirit of Patience.
The Pride of Los Altos.

Crafted in the red volcanic soils of Los Altos de Jalisco, Tequila Comisario is a tribute to the people, land, and traditions that define great tequila. Named after the trusted community leaders who served with integrity and purpose, Comisario embodies those same values through uncompromising craftsmanship, transparency, and respect for agave. Every bottle begins with mature highland agave, shaped by mineral-rich terroir and patiently transformed through traditional methods, meticulous distillation, and carefully managed maturation. From our award-winning Blanco to our celebrated Extra Añejo expressions, each sip reflects a commitment to quality without shortcuts and a belief that exceptional spirits bring people together. More than tequila, Comisario is a celebration of community, craftsmanship, and the moments worth sharing. Rooted in Los Altos. Crafted with Purpose. Shared with Pride.
