Founded by two lifelong friends— Rob Islava, a career commercial pilot, and Brian Cameron, a seasoned spirits entrepreneur—Pilot’s Legacy Spirits celebrates the wonder of travel and expressions to savor and share. Pilot’s Spirits is crafted by Sutherland Distilleries in Livermore, CA. Engineered with the same level of precision as the aircraft we fly, PLS is created with intention and heart for gifting and gathering with those that share the same higher calling.

Pilot’s Legacy Spirits was born from a love of aviation and the enduring bond between pilots who share the skies. To honor that legacy, we’re proud to give back to the aviation community by donating a portion of our profits directly to AOPA.org, supporting scholarships, training, and resources for aspiring aviators. With every bottle, you’re not just raising a glass to tradition—you’re helping the next generation of pilots carry that legacy forward.
