One family at a time.
Four short lessons. Each one teaches a family of drinks, the technique behind it and the three recipes to start with. Finish a lesson, earn the points.
Tommy's, the Cadillac, the spicy, the frozen and the one you will call your own. Balance first: two parts spirit, one part sour, three quarters sweet. Then the variations.
No juice, no shaker. Spirit, sugar, bitters and ice, stirred until the glass frosts. The old fashioned, the Manhattan, the negroni, and what añejo does to each.
The paloma, the ranch water, the mule and the collins. Built in the glass over ice, finished with soda. The only rule is cold.
When to shake and when to stir. Why a built drink is not a lazy one. Muddling without bruising. Four techniques, four glasses, one afternoon.
Follow a flavour.

Before you pour.
Where do the recipes come from?
Our ambassadors and the bars that pour our spirits. Every recipe is tested in the glass and names the bottle we would use.
Can I use another bottle?
Yes. The recipe tells you what the bottle brings, so you know what changes when you swap it.
Do you ship the spirits?
Where the law allows. "See the bottle" takes you to the product page, which shows what is available in your market.
What are the points for?
Casa Stellar points come from making recipes, rating them and finishing lessons. They turn into discounts on the bottles you tasted.
